1. What is Velloci?
Velloci.com is an online store that provides unique and trendy products in addition to a high quality service through express delivery and very friendly customer service. Velloci is an Italian word which means "fast" , the name suites our business since we aim at providing the latest trends and limited quantities to emphasize on exclusivity. At Velloci.com it is our goal to satisfy our customers by listening to what our customers wish to have and try our best to provide it.
2.How can I pay?
- At Velloci.com you can pay online using Visa or Mastercard "soon you can also pay by your Debit card)
- Pay cash or card in our pick up store in Sanad - Bahrain
- Pay on the phone using Visa or Mastercard, simply call 17 00 23 69 or 388 00 845
3. Are there any risks with paying online?
At Velloci.com we take your online security and privacy very seriously. Our security server automatically encrypts your personal details when you enter them. We don’t store your credit card number at all as it is sent straight through to the relevant banks in order to process the payment.
4. Do you accept international orders?
We currently ship our products to all the GCC countries. However if you are located outside of the GCC you may send an email to info@velloci.com and we will let you know if we can deliver to your destination.
5. What about delivery cost?
The delivery charge within Bahrain is BHD3/- and within the GCC countries BHD6/- (sometimes we have free delivery service which we always announce through email and facebook page)
6. What about returns?
We accept any return subject to the product being new, not used/washed and as per the original condition.
7. Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes, the customer has to carry the cost of re-sending the goods back or returning the goods to the outlet directly unless a fault has occurred from our end during the order process.
8. What is your refund policy?
We only provide exchange or credit notes for the same amount purchased. Exchanges must be done within 2 weeks with the receipt attached.
9. Do you sell fake brands?
At Velloci.com we only sell original brands
10. What if the size i ordered does not fit?
You can return the product subject to our return policy terms and you can choose another size that fits
